Our friendly local team brings years of expertise serving the Campbell River region and a passion for the West Coast lifestyle straight to your backyard.
Stefan Herschler
Stefan is the Founder of Elvora, a local company established in 2026 to drive exceptional consumer service and community impact. He brings over 20 years of experience working within major multinational corporations.
Since relocating to Campbell River in 2019, Stefan has channelled his corporate expertise into the local market, partnering with small and midsize businesses across diverse industries to unlock sustainable growth and build long-term value.
Driven by a deep passion for community and corporate excellence, he established Elvora to deliver high-tier services while actively giving back to the Community of Campbell River.
Richard Castro
Richard brings over 7 years of industry experience to the Elvora team, joining us from the former Arctic Spas Campbell River. As our product specialist, Richard excels at understanding customer needs and finding the ideal solution from our extensive inventory.
No destination is too far; he specializes in coordinating seamless deliveries to even the most remote locations. Richard is a Certified Pool Operator through the Recreation Facilities Association of BC.
Outside of work, he enjoys soccer, slo-pitch and volleyball. He stays active in the local community serving as the Umpire in Charge for the CR Slo Pitch League.
Aaron Jukes
With over 10 years of industry experience, Aaron joined the Elvora team following his time with Campbell River Hot Tubs. When he isn’t out in the field taking care of customer needs, he’s managing Elvora’s mechanical inventory or servicing motors and pumps at the workbench.
Aaron is a seasoned problem solver and brings deep technical know-how and precision to every repair he tackles.
Aaron is a certified Beachcomber Hot Tub Technician and Water Care Specialist, having completed specialized training through BioGuard’s H2Know program alongside water care courses from Beachcomber and Dazzle.
Danielle Neufeld
Danielle joined the Elvora team from Campbell River Hot Tubs, bringing 3 years of dedicated industry experience with her. As the welcoming face of our showroom, she is committed to taking care of all your needs and ensuring an exceptional customer experience from the moment you walk through the door.
Danielle is highly skilled in water chemistry, holding certifications as a Water Care Technician from both BioGuard University and Beachcomber. Outside of the showroom, Danielle is an outdoor enthusiast who loves camping and cooking. She also has a passion for gardening and adores all varieties of lilies.
Inspired by our founder’s European roots and his connection to Nordic wellness concepts, Elvora represents the ancient cycle of coastal living and the ritual of recovery.
